1.    Voucher Validity
1.1. The voucher expiration date is specified on the voucher.

2.    Redeemable Services
2.1. The voucher may be redeemed for either:
a) A two-hour on-site interior design consultation, valued at £250.00 + VAT, subject to a maximum travel distance of 6 miles from the Design Studio (extra travel charges may apply); or
b) A two-hour virtual interior design consultation (via Zoom), valued at £250.00 + VAT.

3.    Session Duration and Attendance
3.1. Consultations are capped at 2 hours.
3.2. Overruns exceeding 15 minutes are subject to an additional charge of £100.00 + VAT per hour.
3.3. A maximum number of two participants may attend the design consultation.

4.    Property Eligibility
4.1. Consultations are valid for residential and commercial properties to be compliant with the following criteria: a) A maximum size of 200 square meters or four bedroom property; with: b) Location within a 6-mile radius from the Design Studio at 24a Ridgeway, Lisvane, Cardiff CF14 0RS .
4.2. Travel charges apply to properties beyond a 6-mile radius from the Design Studio at 24a Ridgeway, Lisvane, Cardiff CF14 0RS.

5.    Booking and Availability
5.1. Consultations are subject to availability and prior scheduling.
5.2. Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Weekend or out-of-hours bookings may be arranged by special agreement.

6.    Use of Vouchers
6.1. Vouchers are valid for single use only and cannot be split across multiple services or purchases.
6.2. The voucher must be presented on the day of the consultation. Failure to produce the voucher will result in a charge of £250.00 + VAT being applied.

7.    Non-Transferability and Refunds
7.1. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.
7.2. Vouchers cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts.

8.    Cancellations and Rescheduling
8.1. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of the voucher.

9.    Consultation Deliverables
9.1. All design suggestions provided are conceptual in nature.
9.2. The client is responsible for engaging a licensed structural engineer to evaluate the feasibility of any recommendations.
9.3. Di Oro Interiors Ltd accepts no liability for damage to property, furniture, or belongings during any rearrangement or movement of items during the consultation.

10. Payment Terms
10.1. Payments are accepted via BACS transfer only. Cash payments are not accepted.

11. Changes to Terms
11.1. Di Oro Interiors Ltd reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
